She understood and explained the causes for my specific concerns and gave me ways to address them. She also took great care to make sure my experience was positive. Dr. Butler provided an independent assessment and a follow-up plan to assure my dental health. Dr. Butler's facility is state-of-the-art and designed with the patient's health and comfort as their primary concerns. I cannot stress enough how great and patient the staff has been. My 5 year old has had an interesting case with his teeth, to say the least. They listened and really showed they care. Even when my son became scared/uncooperative. Dr Zhou (apologies if I spelled it wrong) filling in for Dr Butler is a real gem. From the time you enter until the time you leave you feel welcomed. Thank you again for being so upfront, honest, and patient.
